Those mountains are stunning!
Gorgeous mountains. I love 101 cookbooks but I've never tried this recipe. Will have to put it on my "to try" list.
Bronwyn – It's definitely worth trying. We have so much summer squash and zuchinni right now, we're trying to think of ways to use it. Oh – and we used our own pesto that we'd frozen earlier in the season rather than make the kind that she has in the recipe, and it still turned out great.
summer squash gratin sounds like the perfect way to use up the last of the garden's summer squash.
i was just thinking about how i missed my old rainbows and want to get a new pair…torn between thin or wide straps. thanks for the links.
